Evomed is awarded as the distributor of the year for the year 2022 at a ceremony held in Dubai. The award is received by the company's founder Panagiotis Xydias.

In Dubai, in an impressive ceremony organized by VisionRT, the company that invented SGRT superficial guided radiotherapy, the Greek medical equipment company EVOMED was awarded the title of “Distributor of the Year” for the year 2022. This particular distinction is the most honorable distinction that a representation company can receive and this makes us particularly proud, as we had to “compete” with great participants – representatives from all over Europe, the Middle East, Asia and India.

The award was received by the Founder and General Manager of the company, Panagiotis Xydias.

SGRT technology, invented by VisionRT in 2001, is the most modern addition to the field of cancer treatment and specifically radiotherapy. SGRT-VisionRT upgrades an existing radiotherapy system, so that it can achieve greater radiation accuracy in moving tumors due to breathing, protect the heart during irradiation of the left breast, eliminate the use of permanent tattoos and markers, and offer overall a higher quality and safer radiotherapy, comparable to the leading radiotherapy centers abroad.
